These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all goods by us and will form the basis of the contract between you and us. If you wish to place an order with us, our Website/Application will guide you through the ordering process. Allergy, dietary and other menu information
If you have, or someone you are ordering for has, a concern about food allergies, intolerances or other dietary preferences, you should always contact Port ‘N’ Ale directly before placing your order. Our Contract
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. In order to contract with Port ‘N’ Ale you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Port ‘N’ Ale retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and, SMS or via the website. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail and/or webpage confirming receipt of your order: this email and or webpage will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by the medium used for placing the order (SMS, e-mail or other appropriate digital means) that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website/Application are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund from Port ‘N’ Ale. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Port ‘N’ Ale cannot be held responsible for any loss/damage of information which may arise as a result of failure by you to protect your account security. The transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Delivery Estimates
Times given for collection and delivery are only approximate; neither Grub24 nor Port ‘N’ Ale can provide an exact time for delivery but endeavour to deliver within the approximate delivery time specified when you place your order
Payment
Once your order has been accepted, this represents an agreement between you the user and Port ‘N’ Ale. Port ‘N’ Ale has sole responsibility for this order. Cash payments are made directly to us fulfilling the order. If you have chosen to pay with credit or debit card or other electronic payment method on then the transaction is processed by Grub24uk Ltd. Please ask in store for terms relating to any discounts offered. Delivery and/or card charges are calculated per order and based on the policy of the individual restaurant. REFUND POLICY
Any refunds are at the sole discretion of the manager on duty. Refunds will not be given for mistakes on your part when ordering or if you choose to change your mind. If you believe you are entitled to a refund please contact the shop on 0121 557 5556 and make a complaint, this is applicable for both cash and card orders. Making a complaint does not guarantee a refund. We may offer alternatives to monetary refunds, for example, substitutes on goods. By ordering online, you accept this could be the case and agree to any fair substitute.

This message means that we have accepted your order and will be able to fulfill your request. Nothing further is required on your part, unless you want to make a last minute adjustment to your order, in which case please call us ASAP and quote your order number. We will do our best to help.
Please note Once the order has been confirmed and payment taken from your account, you will be unable to cancel your order and will not be eligible for a refund. To change or cancel your order please contact our Customer Support team via online chat to attempt to resolve your request. grub24 support team will contact Port ‘N’ Ale on your behalf but cannot guarantee your request will be accepted as food processing may already be underway.

If you are seeing this message after you have completed your order then it means we have declined and cancelled the order you had made. We would normally provide you with a reason as to why we couldn't take the order. Most likely is that we ran out of the food you wanted or we were too busy to deliver on time. If you had paid online then we would refund any money to you automatically however please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to come through. We may ask you to retry your order.
